Jason & Cheryl-Ann:
I would like to thank you for installing the new furnace & heat pump
at our home and the new boiler at my business.
From the beginning you were very helpful, you took the time to answer
all of our questions no matter how simple or complex they were.
Jason took the time to do an inspection, assess our needs, research the
best equipment and give us a good deal. He did this all while being upfront,
to the point with NO high pressure sales pitch or up-selling . I really
appreciated this as I like to take the time to consider and don’t want
to be pressured into making an snap decision on such an important purchase.
Cheryl-Ann was wonderful, she also took the time to answer any questions,
found us financing options, did all the paperwork and applied for our
rebates all in a very timely manner. This is really appreciated from a
customer’s point of view...... a good example of true customer service.
Clark and his crew did a great install at both locations! They were very
professional and courteous. They respected the fact that Charlene works
nights and sleeps during the day thus being as quiet as possible considering
the job they had to do. They were very punctual and NEAT! Being a fussy
person myself I appreciate the extra time they took to make the job nice
and neat and to clean up when finished. Clark took the time to answer
any questions and explain in detail how our new equipment works. When
they left both locations you wouldn’t even know they were there. It is
reassuring to know that craftsmanship still exists.
Overall I can say that I am extremely pleased with this whole experience,
the professionalism, craftsmanship and the up front easy to understand
language was great.
All of you worked together seamlessly to make this major purchase as painless
and as pleasant as possible and this is something that should make you
proud.
I look forward to dealing with you in the future and will recommend you
to anyone who asks or would be in need of your services.

Furnace Guy & Gal:
I just wanted you to know how happy I was with Roy and Matt when they installed the central air and gas furnace. Their workmanship, manners and their care to respect my home and property while removing old air conditioner and oil furnace. Roy was very knowledable when explaining all features. I haven't had the opportunity to use either piece of equipment, but I really like the option of having the fan run 24/7, gives great air exchange through the house. Also the motor and fan is very quiet. I don't have to turn the T.V. sound up when it is on. Just a cute tidbit, Roy was starting to clean up the little mess when I told him to leave it and I would vaccum. His Comment… Thank you Sharon, I like you!

Dave and I would like to thank you so very much for the wonderful job that you did installing our new air conditioner. Jason, thank you for trying to make our not so old system work for us so that we would not hae the expense of the new one. Not many in the industry would do that. Both Dave and I have worked in a customer service environment and understand what the words "customer service" means and can say that it is hard to find nowadays. Not so with "The Furnace Guy"; you are customer service from the first conversation to the clean up on the way out the door.

I did laundry today and had immediate results:no more lint all over the place and quicker drying time, no condensation.Great work!
